Welcome to Pocono Vintage Home, your cozy retreat in the heart of the picturesque Poconos. Our property is located within the beautiful and secure gated community of A Pocono Country Place, offering you a perfect blend of natural beauty, modern amenities, and peace of mind.
This vibrant and friendly neighborhood is designed to provide a tranquil escape. The gated feature ensures your privacy and safety, so you can relax knowing no one will arrive at your door unannounced. Surrounded by nature, you’ll immerse yourself in serene landscapes, lush greenery, and abundant wildlife. Whether taking a quiet stroll, enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch, or exploring the area, you’ll feel at ease in this safe and welcoming environment.
Property Rules:
– Maximum 8 Guests, excluding infants
– No Smoking/vaping indoors.
– No pets allowed ( no support/emotional pets).
– Maximum three cars.
– No Visitors allowed. No events, parties, large gatherings.
– Do not light candles indoors.
– Clean before checkout.
Residential Rules
– Our property is located in a gated family Residential.
– All guests, including children, must be registered before arrival/check-in.
– Vacation lease between guest, residential, and Owner/host must be signed and submitted before arrival/check-in.
– All cars must be registered and have an assigned car pass. Speed limit 25 MPH.
– No fireworks.
– Guests must purchase and wear wristbands to use the amenities.
– The quiet is between 10 am-10 pm. Please respect your neighbors.
Our cancelation policy is Firm:
– To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
– If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights.
– If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights.
– Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Registration process:
Registration is mandatory for all guests and must be completed five (5) days before the check-in date. Once you provide the requested information, the host will complete the registration. If you book the property less than five days before your check-in, your registration is due immediately. You must submit your information on time to avoid being charged a late fee.
The following information is needed to complete registration:
– Each guest’s name and age.
– Booker’s email and mailing address.
– You must provide the make, model, color, issuing state, license plate number, and driver’s name of each vehicle.
– Signed lease—Once all information (stated above) is received, the lease will be emailed to the booker’s guest.
– Once all of the above is received, registration is considered completed.
– Exterior security camera present
This property has one or more exterior cameras that record or transmit video, images, or audio. “Outdoor cameras: Two in front and two back entrances of the house. They are both outdoors and facing out.
